Lovely waiting area with popcorn and a coffee machine to use as you with and a tv to keep you occupied while you wait.

Never in my life have I experienced such bad service from a place we have been using as a family for over 20 plus years.I pulled in at Tyre Mart/Thomas tyres for a puncture repair.Michael directs me to a ramp but must park outside.The your Tyre fitter/employee says he will check the Tyre so I get him the lock nut.He is so rude first thing he says I need new tyres...when did he become a sales guy?He says the wear indicators show this.I still have about 2mm before it's near these.He then proceeds to check for punctures with a spray bottle,yes a spray bottle on a 19" Tyre.He then tells me I must reverse so he can check further at that point I lost it,took my lock nut back and asked Michael what's going on and he looked at me so I just drove off to another Tyre shop where I got sorted.They used a lift,removed the Tyre and checked it in a water trough which is common practice.I was back on the road in a few minutes.I won't be going back to Thomas / Tyre Mart after this!

Now this was an amazing experience, Costa is A GEM and I was treated like I was the only customer in a very busy shop! I will not go anywhere else, these guys went the extra mile and got me the best price, I was so pleasantly surprised by their service. thank you costa....
