Outstanding service and rare honesty
I had a nail in my tyre and took my Toyota Fortuner to Tyremart Ballito. From the moment we arrived, the gentleman assisting us was professional and courteous. He took my contact number and phoned to let us know when the tyre was ready so we could walk around the nearby shopping centre while they checked it.
When we returned, he explained that the nail had only penetrated the rubber and hadn’t caused a puncture, so no repair was needed. Despite taking the time to remove the tyre and the nail and check the tyre properly, they didn’t charge us a cent as there was no repair to do.
Incredible honesty and excellent customer service. Highly recommended. We just moved to Ballito so I’ll definitely be back and will gladly refer others.

Excellent service received, had to order tyres and was on time as promised. Waited 30min to have 4 tyres balanced and wheel alignment done and all bays were full. They do have enough staff to cater for their clientele.

I own a 2020 toyota starlet, for a long time I always had a suspicion that something was off on my left front suspension, I would always ask the alignment shops on phoenix to check it out and it always came back clear, I recently purchased tires from tiremart and they put the car on the alignment machine and immediately picked up the issue with my left front suspension without me saying anything, after 5 years, so kudos to you tiremart I feel the difference in the ride after the adjustment. Top class service.

Tyre Mart Ballito! You guys really stand out from the rest to be the best! Remarkable and efficient service! After countless visits to other tyre dealerships and a 2 hour drive to Tyre Mart Ballito, they were the only guys that could solve the vibration issue on my tyres with their road force machine. I am truely grateful for you guys and allowing me to finally drive my new vehicle in comfort🙏🏼 Shout out to Shaun, Spha, Perfect and Kalvin you guys really went above and beyond and I appreciate all that you have done for me today🫡
