Just want to thank Johann and his team for such anexceptional service.
Came to 1st Alignment centre through recommadition with a particular request for a full suspension upgrade/conversion on my VX Prado and from the very beginning I was impressed with the manner in which they addressed me and my concerns.
(Very different from previous companies I had contacted beforehand)
In under a week the required parts were ready and I was invited in the next day for the installation to go a head. Upon arriving I was greeted by Johann and reassured his guys were the best and my Prado was in good hands. Within 30 mins work had already started on my vehicle. Loved the fact that I could watch from the side lines and see for myself at how skilled and knowledgeable his team were at the process of the conversation.
At the 5hr point the vehicle was back on the ground looking rather jacked with it's 50mm lift and ready for the wheels to be aligned which I must say was dialed in very well considering the UCA were at the limit for caster.
By 14.30 I was paid up and out the door and super pleased with the way my Overlanding rig handled with it's new suspension.
I returned to 1st Alignment centre a couple weeks later and had a checkup on the new setup and went ahead with a new set of Maxxis Razor MT810 tires on the recommendation of Johann Which to no surprise are excellent.
Once again super gratetful to Johann and his team for being so friendly and helpful throughout and Johann I promise I will knock the shine off the vehicle and introduce those stickers to some thorny bushes, lol.

Great team, very knowledgeable, kind and professional.
I took my civic for wheel balancing and alignment - the team is very consultative and experienced. They kept me informed which I really appreciated as a car guy.

Fantastic advice and service from Johann and his team. They replaced the entire stock suspension on my Hilux with Tough Dog suspension. Their attention to detail is excellent.
The difference in ride quality is chalk and cheese.
I'd recommend 1st Alignment without any hesitation.
