Contacted Schalk on a Monday about a very specific set of 20’’ performance tyres. Michelin PS4’s… quickly provided a quote and a couple of alternatives as other options. Went with the Michelin product I’m familiar with. Fitted today without any hassle or excess waiting time. Bundled in with a laser based tracking check also. First class service from Schalk and the team, really pleased indeed. Would highly recommend.

Quick and knowledgeable about the products.
Had issue with alignment and was kept informed regarding what needs to be done, then again when a possible issue with a glitch and then stock arose, it was clearly communicated and the job postponed rather than continue and possibly sot with bigger issue.

My experience was not favorable. I would advise customer to check their slips properly to make sure the km readings on the slips is actually true.
I wanted them to check the quality of the pads( deselra)they put on 13448km ago and the wear on the disc that was skimmed end last 7 Dec 24. I have been getting massive shudder on braking.
Checks done l, disc worn. The one guys said the pads is on 50% the other guys(sales) said its more then 50%.
Then i was told but the car had done 19000km cause on their records it shows when I brought the car in it was on 140052km.
Well it was on 146052km, they clearly made an error as I have photo evidence of the milage of my car before i brought it to them.
As I had evidence, the one guy sort of apologized.
So a year later with just 13448km the disc would need to be replaced and pads… don’t skim discs on big cars.
And for my pads to have lost 50% or more, well they disputing it amongst each other, speaks volumes of the quality.
Also don’t accuse clients of lying about their odometer readings.
Also give clients proper advice.
