Thanks to Denver, who went out of his way to enable us to repair a windscreen - through their partnership with PG Glass, -at the TWT Bellville, CTN branch. Always friendly and professional service here. I won't take my vehicles anywhere else, whenever possible.

Unhappy Client I have been a customer of Tiger Wheel & Tyre for a few years now and I've gone back because these guys have been doing good honest work and I appreciated that. However today was not so great. I took my citi golf for wheel alignment to Tiger Wheel & Tyre Bellville and I was charged R694. This included fixing up one my my tyres. I was happy and I paid. After about 10mins I was called to the pit by the gentleman who was working on my car and he said my fronts were severely misaligned and both of them needed a camber adjustment. I don't know what that is. He said because of this extra work I was going to be charged an extra R800 which was way more than the original amount. Clearly that seemed very steep for me but because I wanted my car fixed I was willing to pay. The gentleman told me to come down to the pit and not worry. He said, "We good?" I think it doesn't need rocket science to figure out that we was soliciting a bribe and wanted an out of book transaction to fix my car. He kept on telling me that its a lot of work that will require removing the shocks to do the camber adjustment. Anyway..I wasn't willing to pay a bribe. I went to the office and paid the extra R800 and braced to be there for an extra hour or so while this "extra" work was being done. 15 mins later, I was called and told the car is finished. I didn't understand that. I thought this was extra work that needed lots more time hence R800. No shocks or breaks were removed. As soon as the car pulled out of the pits the guys started shutting down everything for the day...clearly I'd been ripped off. My receipts can show the time difference betwen the two payments and it wasnt a lot. I am definitely not happy with this because there is no way of knowing that there was truth in this diagnosis as well as the work itself. Over and above that this unethical behaviour of soliciting bribes by the technicians is repulsive. I'll be reaching out to management. Update I went back to TWT Bellville the next day and spoke to Derrick the manager. I explained my situation and Derrick went and investigated what had happened. He then informed me that I had been incorrectly billed and I was then refunded my R800. It is unfortunate that I had to go query my issue first for me to be told that there had been a mistake. This should not have happened in the first place. I do however appreciate that Derrick acknowledged the mistake and went on to correct that. I do hope that the staff is properly trained to avoid recurrence of such experiences for clients.

I visited Tiger Wheel & Tyre, Bellville for new wheels after I spoken to Alex. He gave me a quotation over the phone for wheels and mentioned possible extras, like lining the wheels. I had questions regarding my motor vehicle and I was "giving a crash course". :) The person working on my motor vehicle called me and explained that one of the wheels is more out of line that the other 3. I had an accident and I never told him. Luckily, he picked that up. The old 3 tyres were neatly put in the boot. Today's wheels are lock proof and you received a "key" to unlocked the wheels. I could not find the "key" in the motor vehicle after arriving home. Derrick, the store manager, and one of the staff were so kind to visit me and found the "key". Before the changing of the 4 wheels, I did my own "investigation" at other wheel and tyre stores regarding costs. Tiger Bellville win. I spend +- 2 hours in the store relaxing with a book. The store was busy but well organized. Coffee are available and a sitting area. Children can colour in pictures.

I take my car here regularly for my check-up on tyre pressure, punctures, wheel alignment, new tyres etc. Derrick is always ready & willing to accommodate my calendar & the other staff are quick to oblige. Overall, always a wonderful experience, even though I'm spending money. It feels like money well spent. And the coffee machine available to customers is an added bonus 😀

Good morning Management I hereby would like to rate your services as excellent. I visited your workshop at Durban Road Bellville and would like to compliment your Technician., Pieter for his excellent support and advice pertaining to my vehicle tyres . On 6 January 2026 I came to check and have an assessment of my vehicle's wheel alignment and balancing. Pieter did a well job alerting me to the bad condition of one tier . I had to purchase a new tier of which I never expected. Pieter brought it to my attention. I valued his concern and good advice of the alignment issue there was. I can assure you clients appreciate this kind of extra care of Technicians. This is great and I hope you recognize Pieter work performance. Yours friendly Adéle
