I was 10km out side Ermolo with a burst tyer on a 5 ton kompressor.

I received the worst service from this shop. I took my rim to be repaired and they damaged it to a point that now I need to do a cut and joint on it. There's short guy with dreads locks who is very arrogant and the white guy who is his boss who never cared to assist. paid R900 for the rim repair and now I have to pay R3500 for my rim to be rebuilt. Worst service ever and if you can help me to report this matter to higher office please share information.

I have never received poor service here. The staff are friendly as they meet you when you drive in and then they promptly guide your vehicle into the right bay. Their prices are good value they do the job right the first time round. The owner is almost always on the floor seeing to it that the operation runs smoothly and that one doesn’t need to wait around unnecessarily. As a Dunlop accredited dealer they always have a good deal on tires and also stock and fit car batteries, shock absorbers and exhausts for your vehicle. I buy all my tires and batteries here as their prices are consistently the best in town.

Always a good experience shop at Hardies. Personnel are friendly and helpful. Problem on my vehicle was resolved effectively and efficiently. Will definitely keep on supporting them in the future.
