A big thank you to Connie at Tiger Wheel & Tyre Broadacres for the excellent service! She kindly assisted me with installing my Discovery tag even after her knock-off time on Saturday, from 13:15 to 14:00. Connie was friendly, efficient, and truly professional from start to finish. It’s refreshing to experience such outstanding customer care. Highly recommended!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at Tiger Wheel and Tyre.
I was advised that repairing a puncture would take approximately 45 minutes due to high demand. However, when I returned 1 hour and 15 minutes later, my vehicle had still not been attended to, and there were two vehicles ahead of mine, despite the original timeframe given.
It was only after I raised my concerns that staff suddenly became willing to assist immediately. This was frustrating, as my issue was never about urgency or special treatment — it was simply about honouring the time estimate provided, or at the very least communicating delays proactively.
If there were delays, a simple phone call or message would have been courteous and professional, allowing me to manage my time accordingly, rather than discovering the delay only upon returning to collect my vehicle.
I found the lack of respect for my time and the poor communication to be unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and used to improve customer service going forward.

I am sold on your branch at Broadacres. The service I received from Malcolm is above and beyond excellent. Friendly, accommodating and nothing was to much of a hassle from him. This man has my business for life. The whole team went out of their way to assist me. From DJ to Cebs and Marizon. Absolutely outstanding service.Thank you Tiger Wheel and Tyre Broadacres.

My experience with Tiger Wheel and Tyre Broadacres was an unbelievably great one.
It reminded me that people are inherently good and have beautiful caring ways - even through very tough times.
Malcolm, Evans & James went beyond the call of duty to assist my family, on the side of the road, after hours. They drove all over the place trying to find solution after solution until after 19h00 at night (with happy and welcoming dispositions). They were not willing to leave until my family were safe and sorted.
A very tricky situation was sorted, and a solution was found due to these three incredible human beings.
I can highly recommend Tiger Wheel and Tyre Broadacres. And I would personally like to give a huge shoutout to these three incredible individuals who came to our side. May great things happen to you in your lives.

What an amazing feel safe experience. A very knowledgeable Malcolm @ the front desk received me & Sabelo repaired a punctured Tyre for enroute to DBN. A simple quick fix repair buy man oh man what excellent service. I watched Sabelo do the repair with pride in what what he was doing apart from being so pleasant all the way through. Applied copper slip to the wheel studs & hub as an extra touch which I haven't seen done before for any "Simple" puncture repairs. Then offered to check out my spare wheel since seeing I was embarking on a long trip back to Dbn. Polished all 4 of my tyre's too which made me feel heart warmingly good as he & Malcolm were showed so much of concern for my wife who is confined to a wheelchair. Super Well Done Gentlemen ... I would recommend TWT Broad Acres anywhere anytime for all your tyre repairs or fitment of new tyres as there is peace of mind in dealing with you. Owning my own well established franchised workshop in Durban myself I have very high standards of service & customer care & You guys just ticked all the boxes. Thank You so Very Much.
