☆ I recently took my car for a service at BestDrive Montague Gardens and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. The team assisted me promptly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and collected it later the same day.
What I truly appreciate is that before carrying out any additional work, they always confirm the costs upfront — a practice that gives great peace of mind, especially since car expenses can quickly add up.
The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and I can confidently say my car was looked after with the utmost care. Great service, my car was delayed due to some technical issue with one of the machines but the ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices too.

Was told waiting time is around 1 hour before my car can been seen to, agreed to wait and around the hour mark car went in for balancing and alignment...this took another hour to be completed because after the balancing was done they chose to send a UPD van on the alignment bay while my car was supposed go first as the UPD van driver was a buddy of theirs and came to best drive approximately 35 minutes after I did...first and last time at this branch.

Took my wife's car in wheel alignment and balancing,also asked if they could check valves on the back wheels and steering was slightly off centre. The car went in at about 8.10am and came out about 9.20am,they sorted out steering and also put caps on the valves and was not even charged for the work.
Staff were friendly and helpful having been in my own business in retail this is a well run business.
