☆ I recently took my car for a service at BestDrive Montague Gardens and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received. The team assisted me promptly, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and collected it later the same day.
What I truly appreciate is that before carrying out any additional work, they always confirm the costs upfront — a practice that gives great peace of mind, especially since car expenses can quickly add up.
The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive, and I can confidently say my car was looked after with the utmost care. I highly recommend BestDrive Montague Gardens to anyone needing vehicle servicing. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I certainly would. I will definitely be returning for all future services.

Great service, my car was delayed due to some technical issue with one of the machines but the ladies at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Very reasonable prices too.

i took my vehicle in to Best Drive Montague Gardens for a few repairs. I dealt with Vee from the branch and all i can say is WOW.It has been a long time since i have enjoyed such excellent service , professionalism and just pure joy to deal with her and her company.Customer Service has become almost non-existant in S A over the years but a lot of companies can take a leaf out of Vee's book and learn from her and by default Best Drive.Well done Vee i will recommend you and your company without hesitation any day. After choosing Best Drive based on both price and a family recommendation I was absolutely shocked when the price of the wheel alignment was suddenly increased by R690 after the tyres were fitted because a camber adjustment was required!!! Whaaaat?? I checked around. Nd yup wheel alignment is only for toe in/out adjustment with most cutters. However standard pricing seemed to be around R150 per wheel when offered seperately and I was being charged more than double!!! Gross customer abuse just cos Zi was captive. I declined and will have to have a full wheel alignment done elsewhere!!!
