I had been looking for tyres for my vehicle for a while and came across what looked like well-priced tyres on TireMart’s website. I received a quote that stated the tyres were in stock at that specific branch and in the correct size. Based on this, I took a day’s leave the following day to go have them fitted.
When I arrived, I was told the quote was incorrect by a large amount and that the tyres were not in stock at all, nor could they get stock. This was extremely disappointing, especially since the quote clearly stated otherwise.
I explained that this was my budget and that my work requires me to drive a lot. The tyres I had on were no longer safe, and I needed tyres urgently. Instead of trying to help me find a solution within my budget, I felt they kept pushing me towards much more expensive options, which I simply couldn’t afford.
On top of this, I had to wait 5–10 minutes just to be assisted, and when I was helped, the service was poor and I was spoken to in a disrespectful manner.
Overall, this was a frustrating experience and a complete waste of my time after taking leave based on incorrect information. Very disappointed with the service.

Had my wheels balance and rotated 1st week of Jan, drove 50km out of town and left rear wheel came of breaking a stud.
They never tightened the wheel nuts.
Now end of Feb.
No repair yet!
No responsibility taken
Salesman tried to insinuate it was my fault.

Shoddy workmanship and service.
Another 5 day later. Sent a form to fill in... pretend to be responding to ratings, then just never come back.

Disappointed at the service received from this branch.
When trying to raise a complaint the owners wife proceeds to give me a fake name so I cant report them to head office
Shocking beyond anything. For simply not pointing something out to a client and then when I bring it to their attention “Sam” who is actually not her name proceeds to give me some excuse of them not doing any mechanic repairs when I didn’t ask for any. I asked to be informed of anything they pick up on.
This Is a business that’s simply reactive and never proactive
Do not expect them to go above and beyond anything other than giving a terrible experience

Second time I use them, every time they have dishonest responses to what is actually happening to the service required. Do not use them, it will be a mistake
