I went for a wheel alignment here about a month ago. As soon as I drove out, my car was pulling to the right. I thought maybe it was just the road, but I’ve been out of the province for a month and only managed to bring it back now.
I paid again today for an alignment. I dealt with Barend at the counter, name of the technician was Vennon. Instead of fixing the problem, I was told out of nowhere that my steering pump is gone and must be replaced — but no proper explanation was given as to how they came to that conclusion.
To “prove” this, they swapped my front tyres left to right, and then the car immediately started pulling to the left instead. That shows it’s clearly a tyre/alignment issue, not a steering pump problem. When I questioned this, the alignment technician became defensive and started arguing with me instead of simply redoing the job properly.
At the end of the day, I paid for a service I didn’t receive, and my car is still not aligned correctly. Very unprofessional experience — customers should not have to fight with staff for basic service.

After running a round to get a million different quotes. I can honestly say that from a price and service point of view, this place can't be beat. Very good service. Plus while you wait you can enjoy a complementary cappuccino. All round good attitude from the guys on the ground to the person collecting payment.

I stopped by Tyre Mart Centurion West to ask for help with changing my tyre because I was having an issue with my rim. The gentleman who assisted me didn’t hesitate for a second — he went above and beyond to help! Not only did they change my tyre, but they also took the time to clean and fix my rim, which had a slow puncture. The service was quick, friendly, and professional. I truly appreciate their kindness and willingness to help without any fuss. Highly recommend them for their excellent customer service!
