They were friendly but didn't do what I asked. Told me my puncture repair (done by a petrol attendant) was fine, even though there was a bold sign in front saying to rather get it professionally fixed, and I would have been happy to pay for the repair.
Also didn't fix or at least diagnose the screeching sound I was getting in the wheels, even though I asked twice.
I got the feeling it was because I am a woman and not driving a fancy car, therefore I wasn't worth the business.
I don't feel safe driving on that tyre, I'll take it to Supa Quick or Tyre Mart rather.

What a great experience. All the staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Everything was explained and they even showed me how a damaged rim is identified and fixed. Not to mention that it is old years eve. Thank you for awesome service, as always! That is why I always chose TWT 🚙

A gentleman named Norman assisted us and I would give them 6 stars if possible, he was incredibly helpful and patient . They also have really good prices

A really helpful place, even though they were really busy I got quality attention. The staff are helpful, Stretch is great, super friendly. And McDonald was man of the match, knowledgeable, helpful and kind.

Great service. Service technitian is attentive to needs and takes time to talk through all the details with you. They are also open to listen to you and are rrally proud about thwir level of service. The store and the servoxe bay is clean and the staff are really friendly.
