I have been going here for years and years, when I was fleet manager they did all our vehicles tyre's and shocks. Good service and great prices, But today I was really discussed on how Their manager treats his customers. Over something he could have handled better. After having 2 new tyre's fitted and the jobs done the staff member told me to reverse of the lift which I did, but the back plate of the ramp was sticking up and ripped and broke a cover at the bottom of my car. So they just used a cable tie. Asked them what are we going to do about it. The manager said he will try and find a cover I said I will too but he said his not going to pay much towards the cover, I told them they told me to reverse, he said the cable tie will outlast my car. When I left I asked him for his name and told him I'm not happy and he started yelling at me telling me hamba and voetsek and he deals with a lot of customers like me as if I broke the damn thing. I was calm until he stated yelling at me then I lost it and words got exchanged. I will never recommend them again and advise anybody to avoid them, unless it if he starts shouting at you when you tell them your not happy is your sort of thing. He could have handled it better as a manager, This is not how one does business.

What a total disappointment. I have never in my 60yrs have I had such bad service. Shocks to be replaced 2to3hrs, we have stock I was told. Arrived at 8am on a Saturday. Took my number to phone when ready ha ha ha. I went back at 10:30 to be told the wrong parts were sent and the driver left 15min ago. 2h30 later. I stressed that I need the car by 12pm. The reply I got I can’t guarantee that. I came home again to say I’ll be back 12. I phoned 11h45 to be told the drivers not back yet. I told him to put old shocks back and said he would that will take 45 minutes. I went in at 12h30 to be told to sit and wait it’s not ready. He then said the driver just arrived and they are putting in the new shocks. I asked how long about 1h30. I then left saying he must phone when done. I had a commitment at 1h30 which I had to go to. 14h15 I received I call from them which I could not answer due to my committed engagement. I tried phoning back at 2h45 but just rang. I still don’t have car 26 Jan. I will go collect tomorrow (Monday)

Such great service from Richard and everyone who helped sort my car out. I brought my car in for new front tyres but their knowledgeable staff picked up issues with my suspension and exhaust. I noticed for the past few months my car had lost power and was heavy on fuel.. bmw themselves could not figure it out, but these guys at Quick-Fit knew immediately what was wrong. They fixed all my issues for a really good price and now my car drives as good as she did when she was new! This is now my go to place for any vehicle issues whether it is tyre related or mechanical. If I could give 6 stars I would!

My Fortuner 4x4. Worst workmanship ever seen. Left front top calliper bolt missing. Left front sideshaft not fastened properly. This is after I have been there twise to sort out problem. Due to loose hub my breakline pipe broke. BAD BAD BAD!!!!!! Would not trust them with my bycle!!!
