Excellent service and follow up from this branch. The person to speak too and i thoroughly recommend is Steven! Very helpful, most pleasant and he goes out of his way to help his customers. It was a pleasure dealing with him. It's hard to find businesses that are very customer orientated. This branch was the best.

I've been in out for about three days and I've been sent back as they don't have enough staff to sort out the modification on my car. The one that is on duty doing the alignment and modifications is so rude and it's not fair as I had the patience to come back all the times they requested me to and then I also waited like every other customer and he starts pulling tentrams around saying the customers have to wait and whatsoever. That doesn't matter they also got to wait like how i waited it's always a first come first serve doesn't matter what the job is. So everyone has a right to be treated fairly. You guys need to hire professional staff and train them to be polite and kind. Fix you staff, align them and balance them like the way you do with the cars and also modify them. Thank you
