I’ve had excellent experiences with Bestdrive Silverlakes. I can call or visit them at any time, and I’m always assisted with a warm smile and genuine care. They’ve helped me not only with my wheels, but also with servicing and minor repairs. The team is incredibly kind and helpful, and they regularly go out of their way to assist me, even with things that aren’t necessarily their speciality. They take the time to explain everything and always make me feel safe and at ease. Truly outstanding service — I highly recommend them.

Bestdrive were very helpful to me with a flat tire yesterday. They changed my tires around for me and put the tire biscuit on so I could continue driving. They did not even want to charge me for this help and I got a glass of water! Great and friendly service, would highly recommend!

There is a reason I drive past multiple competitors and even other of their franchise stores. Bought 2x Sets of tires from them to date and a few puncture repairs. Andrea and Team always give you that almost "small town welcoming type feel" and do their best to assist. Steller team and I can do nothing but give them good praises and recommendations.

I brought my car to this workshop in good working condition for a specific repair. Unfortunately, the issue they were supposed to fix was never resolved. Instead, after their work, my car developed new problems that were not there before.
Now I’m left unsure how much more money I’ll need to spend to fix issues that were created during their service. This is extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I expected professionalism and accountability, but I experienced the opposite, they are very rude. I would not recommend this workshop based on my experience.
