Came to fit a new tyre did alignment and balancing and left as they were closing , drove the car afterwards and the alignment was off , brought it back and when I told them they told me it’s because I have all different tyres and it’s not the alignment, The person who was assisting was Robert who is apparently the STORE MANAGER. When I explained to him that my car has always had four different brands of tyres he was being rude and trying to make us look dumb by saying he never heard anybody say that they’ve had four different brands of tyres on their car. Then started questioning us about what the alignment sheet really means like we’re in school trying to prove a point when we asked if he could just check the alignment again as it never had that problem before until we did the alignment here. Ended up leaving because what kind of store manager does that to customers and refuses to assist and do what was asked and paid for. Absolutely pathetic service will not be coming back here.

Robert, the manager, is so unprofessional, rude, and basically undermines customers. Took my car in for a replacement of a trye, they damaged the rim when fitting, and refused to take accountability for that. Absolutely horrible experience! Will not recommend them at all!
