I had a horrible experience when I went in for my alignment today. The disrespect and poor treatment was just disgusting. Very unwelcoming in such a way that I had to leave.

I was not too happy with the service. The reason is I came in last week to do a wheel alignment for my bakkie. I ask for my suspension to be checked out.
I was told that my wheel hub had to be changed and it won't effect my wheel alignment. I had to return back to best drive because my wheel alignment was not right. The redid my wheel alignment. My whel alignment was still not correct.
I went to suspension king for a second opinion and I was told that my ball joints is damaged and it will effect the wheel alignment. So I changed my ball joints and I had to do wheel balance and redo my wheel alignment. I had to bring back my bakkie to best drive because my bakkie was pulling to the right. The assistant swapped my front tires around.
It seems to be fine but I need to drive on a straight road to test the bakkie.
It is so unfair to be ripped of. If I was only informed correctly it would have saved me unnecessary cost.
Where as of spending R600 I would have only spent R250.
