Had new wheels I purchased from Jhb fitted balanced and wheel alignment done. To my horror a week later I found 4 lugs nuts were loose and only 1 was tightened. I complained to the owners and send them an email they ignored me. During the week I took the car to Hillcrest Dunlop they redid the wheel alignment and it was totally out
I will be phoning MIOSA on Monday to lay formal complaint.

Learn to treat your customers fairly irrespective of gender. Tried to reap me off the tyre price. Luckily I just purchased the back tyres 2 months prior and had proof of price. That's when the price changed.Horrible experience in November where I had taken my car for new tyres and brake pads installation. Long story short my car brakes are damaged and they are refusing to take accountability,after receiving the quotation of the damage,that they caused and agreed to fix. A month down the line with a faulty car,going up and down to resolve the issue. The inconvenience you've caused me is beyond explanation

Their operating hours are for 7:30am and I got there at 7am becoz I didn't want to be too late for work and at 7:15 they were already working on my car before their time starts!!! Excellent service

I have been always supporting bluff road , be it with business or private vehicles. I recall the older folks were service were at its best because management was excellent. Unbelievably of recent, the service standards just took a plunge. I have been there on 2 occasions this month to fit new tyres . The vehicles were placed on the ramp in no time but had to wait for approximately 1hour and 45 minutes because the tyres had to be brought from somewhere else. No stock in your own facility is ridiculous. This is frustrating. Your lounge area is disgusting, needs an update and a water station. Your cannot run a business where management is a failure.
