I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Martinez mag and tyre. Fitting tires was a hassle, and when I asked about a refund, they hit me with extra charges for taking their tires back?! Unbelievable. Their attitude was atrocious. Staff seemed completely uninterested in helping or resolving issues. I'm disgusted by how they treat customers. Worst experience ever. I'll never set foot in Martinez mag and tyre again. If you value your time and money, stay away. 1/5 stars - wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

I was assisted by Abdullah & I was told he doesnt need my money so his probably a very useless and unprofessional manager or owner! I personally feel you cant say that to a customer... full story below: I found a rim I was happy with on their website and it showed item was in stock, I went the next day to purchase and fit but unfortunately the rim was not in store neither did it indicate online only item... When he asked me which rim he should order for me, I showed him a picture and he told me the rims only come in grey they don't keep silver... in front of him I went onto their website to show him that they do infact have the rim in silver... if he doesnt know his inventory the least he could of done was check his system or website! After showing him then he told me no problem he will order the rims and will arrive Tuesday (I needed the rims asap as I was driving with my spare wheel and two buckled rims due to a bad roads it got damaged all at once, it's unsafe to drive like that and I told him the situation) unfortunately Tuesday I was told Wednesday but the rims arrived Thursday. I told them I would be there 4:30 Friday for fitment they agreed even though they close at 5, no one told me it takes 1 hour to do fitment excluding alignment... unfortunately I arrived at 4:50 when I asked for Abdullah I was told his gone home but the guys made a plan to help me do the fitment even though it's late so I was told bring the car in. As I'm bringing the car into the fitment center there comes Abdullah to basically tell me no they can't help me after the other guy already told me they can... I asked more than 3 times and the first sales guy said they will do it but Abdullah later came and said no... He said because it's Friday the guys want to go home to drink... I told him I'll even pay the guys overtime so they have more drinking money (that's maybe one days wages in 1 hour overtime) and he still said no they won't do it... I told him let's take a bet if I go ask the guys they will say Yes the only reason he doesn't want to do it is so he can go home and he just looked at me and smiled so he lied it wasn't about the workers wanting to go home it was about him wanting to go home and using them as the excuse...I also feel it wasn't about the workers because the first guy said they will do it and even though it was late which i agree, i was still there before closing at 5pm so if that's the case they should put a sign that says we close at 5pm but no fitments after 4pm the workers want to go home... just to clarify the only reason I asked if they could still help me is because I saw the guys were still working... But after all that I was still willing to buy the rims so I went in to purchase the rims Abdullah wanted to over charge me 250 so when I asked why he said because that's what we agreed on and his right but i agreed based on the rims arriving Tuesday we both breached the agreement... I told him on whatsapp the price is 250 more but that's okay because I needed urgent fitment but they delayed... I was 20mins late they were 2 days late! we both were wrong It doesn't make sense why he wants to over charge me is it maybe because he had to order the rims so I'm basically paying for their delivery fee but that's his mistake not mine! fix your website if it said sold out or online only item we wouldn't be in this situation! Still doesnt make sense I'm standing in their store If I wanted to I could go online order and pay for the rims online then select instore collection and it would of been cheaper... 250 is nothing when I offered to even pay the guys overtime but I felt over charging me no matter the amount is wrong... I could be wrong but how they do business its poor... no customer service but the best part is when Abdullah tells me don't be difficult I don't need your money and there was another customer standing right there that's not professional

I bought 4 new tyre's and it haven't been even 6 months yet when one now started to give problems. So I did go back with the tyre and they are not interessted to assist in any way. Will never support them again!

Super friendly service and excellent pricing. Owners are humble, friendly and down to earth people. Place was really busy and still felt like I was getting personal attention. There are plenty of tyre dealers in this vicinity, but would highly recommend Martines before trying anyone else. Mohammed and team, thanks for the experience.

What's on the website and what's in store two different things... you can see a rim online and it shows item still in stock then go to the store to purchase and fit only to find out no stock, website & store needs better management.
