On the 18th Nov I went and got new tyres from the branch and after everything was done they squished my shoes in the spare wheel compartment. I raised it with the guy helping me\sales agent and he apologized. I then requested for my old tyres as I know it's procedure to get my old tyres after getting new ones, I was not even asked if I want my old ones back. Was told that it's going to be done and I'm still waiting for "feedback"
On top of this all I keep clippers(to cut hair) in my boot and upon looking today I cannot find them.
This is the first time I have experienced such horrible service. Besides being over charged for the whole job of getting the tyres, I have been stolen from:"(. I may not have proof as to who stole what was in my boot but after taking my car to Tyre mart things went missing
I may not get my stuff back but I would sincerely like to have my 3 old tyres back

Kelvin excellent service .went the extra mile .keep me informed about ordering the parts and delivery.
A driver was made available to drop me off. Kelvin personally collected me and test drive the car after repairs. This is highly appreciated.
I will definitely use the franchise again and also recommend it to my family and friends.
