This place is very well organised: clean, operators very well trained and equipment well maintained. I brought my vehicle in only for checking the wheel balancing. It was done two days before by another fitment company in the vicinity. TWT checked and corrected it perfectly. Although at a very busy time of year, this job was not to small for meticulous attention and time. I was impressed by the use of a torque wrench to fit the wheels as per specification. To top it all, the wheel rims were cleaned and the tyres polished! Compliments to everyone involved and Luanda (?) even picking up that I swopped my car license with that of my caravan. It could for sure get me in trouble next week during my 6000km holiday round trip.

Fantastic service, he made it a breeze and the energy was the same with the rest of the staff. It definitely felt less like “How can I fix my issue” and more “How can we tackle this issue together”.

Will definitely not return, waited for 20 min with no service being told someone will be with me, it is a busy period but seeing other cars getting sorted that got there after myself left an absolute bitter taste. Not the first time experiencing bad service here, close it down open a tyremart
