We used to be regulars. Twice now where their performance have been unsatisfactory. Once they failed failed to notice a massive buldge on my sister's tyres which which put her life in danger. The second time they happened to forget about my Tyre and after returning 30 min later it was still lying on the ground where they left it.
They need to get their stuff sorted.
EDIT. After another 30min the Tyre was still not done after I was told it was being worked on already. I left with my Tyre and went somewhere else.
