Pleasant friendly staff who were willing to help. My only gripe is after all the pleasantries and helpful recommendations I still had a puncture on the tyre that I wanted repaired which I had to run around to get repaired on the Sunday. Tyre developed a leak on the bead because rim was not correctly cleaned after repair. Added inconvenience, added cost. We can improve on that.

I cannot remember the last time I had such a service. Staff having a conversation while we're waiting on the queue.
The lady at pay point decided to take a smoke break leaving no one to attend to us.
I requested my old tyres back and this was not done, I had to drive back to get them. Thanks to Timothy, he made sure that my requests were attended.
