Clinton (I think that was his name - I could be wrong), waited for me driving from Meadowdale during peak traffic on the last day of the month to ensure I was safe and my damaged tyre was replaced.
I arrived at 16:59 on a Friday and still received the best service.

I received superb customer engagement and service from Justin and William in his team. Both clarified the pros and cons of my tyre issue. Both assured me that if I arrived at a particular time, they would assist me, and it was even quicker than I expected. Thank you, gents.

They Scratched the new mags when replacing the tyres!
Pricing is expensive compared to other suppliers on wheel alignment and balancing. The sales guy was also not upfront or clear about the pricing and did not include everything when he made the quote.
It also took very long to get the paperwork and payment done. In the meantime they are sorting out other stuff.

Service was friendly and quick. Just finding parking when I got there was a problem but I managed to find a spot and TWT took care of moving my car and taking care of the rest.
