Poor service and attitude from Alvin for a Discovery MultiPoint Check.
He doesn't know how to check a battery properly or how to use the machine. Said it needed replacing and must only come back afterwards. Didn't bother checking anything else.
I immediately took the car to TWT Woodmead and they found absolutely no problems as expected with my car and completed the Discovery MultiPoint Check fully without any hassle.

I went on a rainy day and it was quite, quick and done well. I dealt with Hassan who was professional, kind and informative.
I will say though that I called and got a price from one salesman and upon arrival was told a higher price from a different salesman so I highly suggest calling ahead or multiple branches first about prices.

Very bad customer service. Waited and the guy that had to assist me just continued with other stuff without even saying anything.I had to go to woodmead where I got excellent service

Very helpful service all the time. They know their stuff. Just gets very busy on Saturday. You can spend 2 hours if you arrive at an unlucky time. Weekdays are much better in terms of customer volumes.
