I am not particularly impressed with Westcoast tyres. I had a puncture that required repair. I arrived at the workshop at 12:10, but the staff were unwilling to examine the issue. They informed me that they would close in 20 minutes and could not assist me.
It is worth noting that this behavior is not expected by these individuals (Westcoast tyre staff) who demand to receive help at a bank simply because they were inside the branch before closing time.
Closing time signifies the formal conclusion of a business’s operations, excluding the completion of all cash-up and daily administrative tasks. It does not imply that employees should commence administrative tasks 30 minutes prior to closing time in order to leave the premises at closing time, or have their bags prepared 5 minutes before closing time. Either the compensation provided to staff is insufficient, or the prevailing mindset is inappropriate.

I am mixed about this one. Some good and some bad.
Good news they seem to be training new staff to fit batteries.
Bad news is we were in a hurry and they left the apprentice to battle along without offering him any assistance.
Also no communication a to what is happening as they removed old battery and disappeared for awhile.
No explanation as to the guarantee and nothing on invoice either. Just felt there was no service just like ja ok we will do what we do.

Had a great experience today. The team is very friendly and updates you on every stage.I even got a free Cooler Box branded Dunlop.

I will definitely make use of the excellent service again.. The guys check your vehicle while you are enjoying a relaxing time in the lounge.. The workshops are managed very professionally... Thank you to the staff and managers at Dunlop for doing a great job.
