Been supporting them for the past 10 years since I moved to the area. Wesley is my go to person and always great service, from my current vehicles to when I purchased new vehicles and had them check things out for me. I have only good things to say about this branch. The manager, Jacky (I think that is how you spell it) is friendly and interacted while waiting for new tyres to be fitted.

Horrible service went in with my son on Saturday to get a new set of tires for our SUV and waited for a bit but no one helped us , we watched as 2 other people where helped before us that had arrived after us and eventually went over to Tyremart as my son said Dad their customer service sucks here and pointed out Tyremart to me , Went over to Tyremart and where immediately greeted and received Great service.

Been using this branch for many years. Did wheel alignment at their Cape Town branch once in 2007, when checked again at the recommended mileage, the N1 City carried out the alignment only to discover that the Cape Town had used incorrect alignment settings based off a different model vehicle. This resulted in uneven tyre wear.

I had to replace 4 tyres. I have been waiting for an hour and a half just to get space on the floor for my vehicle. Another 30 minutes later and I am still waiting. The staff can just inform their clients of the time frame. Time is money.

Sales person Waheed did a great job, unfortunately the service department sucks big time , felt like I went to Government Hospital, waited 3 hours just to change 2 tires,do balancing and alignment, absolutely ridiculous!!!! Basically I'm still here waiting since 12pm
