I had a pleasant experience.
I was assisted quickly, the staff was helpful and friendly, from the lady I spoke to over the phone before I came in person, to the sales guy who assisted me when I arrived, to the technicians who handled my arrival with care as well as the branch manager himself.
I needed a tyre replacement and it didn't take long for them to sort my car out.
Very happy.

The most useless customer service, you call them & they say their sales are busy leave your details & they will get back to you. For 4 days now no one has called back. they even now know me & act surprised they didn't call. I called twice each day . still even now. beyond poor service
