They say there is always a room for improvement;
1. I was not contacted when the job was finished. I had to check in for an update only to realize that the job was finalized.
2. While doing the best job you always do, you can always improve on reducing the waiting time.
Other than that, thanks for the high quality of work you did. My rim looks brand new.
