I walked into this Tiger Wheel and Tyre branch at the Sandown Retail Cross earlier today at around 12h35. Upon walking in I approached open counter, greeted the coloured gentleman who was there. Only to be met with no greeting, a rude face and response that told me to fall in line. This rude individual did not even bother to ask me what I am there for. For the record I was going to be fine to wait if he hadbeen so kind as to greet and ask what I am there for. I was not even insisting on being assisted. All I did was greet, but was met with hostility and the most horrible attitude from this employee. I decided to walk out without any further engagement. I won't waste my money at this store as if you're doing me a favor. I'm appalled by your service!

Had a single puncture. There were a few cars ahead of me. Booked the car in and waited almost 3 hours. Even the puncture repair took long. No one updates you on how long you still have to wait. When I left I had to turn back because the tyre pressure was still low.

No one communicates, left standing for 20 mins until I went there and they told me “you can drive off the ramp” while they saw me waiting for the car.
Useless!!!
