Staff were very friendly. We were kept updated. Flow was smooth. Waiting time was not long. Nice seating area while we waited.

We travel a lot, for work. This takes us all over South Africa, and even across international borders. Wherever possible, we prefer to use Tiger Wheel and Tyre as a preferred service provider.
I wanted to rotate and balance my VW's wheels (something I regularly do) while we were in Pietermaritzburg.
From the moment I met Clinton and his colleagues, I felt welcome. They're all very friendly, hospitable, and caring of my needs.
I only spent a very small amount, but I never once felt like everyone there wasn't at-the-ready for any additional needs I may have.
Not only do I totally recommend Tiger Wheel and Tyre in Pietermaritzburg, I now consider them "my friends in service." I've never met Clinton before, but I left feeling like we made an honest connection.
