Excellent service. All 4 my wheels where stolen .Was told by insurance company to get a quote called and explained needed asap. Was sent so quickly was advised by my son if insurance gives go ahead he asked me to ask if it could be ready by 12:30. Called and said go ahead and it was ready by 12. This was mags and tyres ! Well done on a excellent Excellent service 👏 👍 u guys rock. I was back on the road again thank u .

At 11:00 I got to the front desk, Louis was having a chat with another lady on a back counter. After waiting a while, Louis came to the counter where I was waiting, he completely ignored me standing right there. The lady followed him, she stood by the second computer next to him. She too just ignored me. He proceeded to do something on the computer whilst still chitchatting to her well aware of my presence. Waited there until I asked why was I being ignored, mind you there were other employees around not bothered as well. Her response was -she thought he was assisting me, then asked him about me. He responded to her that he told me he was gonna assist me shortly which was a lie, still not acknowledging my presence. Imagine waiting there like an idiot! First time getting such poor service from this branch, really disappointed. Never going back there ever again!

I had reason to visit TWT Pinetown today with a flat tyre. The lady at reception was phenomenal , however the absolute service star of the show was a extremely professional tyre fitment technician named Sthabiso Mabaso. He was pleasant , professional and extremely adept at his job role. He spoke to me through the exercise and double and triple checked that everything was repaired thoroughly and tested to ensure that the integrity of my tyre was not compromised. His attention to detail , his communication and the absolute confidence with which he undertook my repair , inspired confidence. He is undoubtedly and ambassador to the brand and I sincerely hope that he is recognized for flying the TwT banner as high as he does.

I have asked my husband to take my car into Pinetown TWT for a wheel balancing and alignment on Saturday 4 Oct 2025, as I was going to travel the next day for then extended period starting the next day, with driving around the 4000km mark. When I got onto the M7 for my trip the next day, I already felt a wabble. I thought it was the road surface, but it persisted every time I accelerated over 80km or when I applied my brakes. So although my husband took the car in. I mentioned the wabble to him and he suggested to have it checked out again. Thank goodness for the multiple branches aspect. So I took the vehicle in to a different branch at my destination location and at the second inspection they told my that the balancing at TWT Pinetown was never done properly. So now the second location TWT did not charge me because of the Pinetown TWT branch's screw up. Just to let you know and make you aware of the treatment that I received from the admin lady at TWT in Pinetown was horrific to say the least, she behaved like she had no customer service training at all, screaming at the admin lady at the second location, who was trying to assist me, about how she knows how to find an invoice and she, the Pinetown TWT admin lady, must not be told how to do her job. Please know two things. That the reason for my post is to warn other road users to please ensure that you get a second opinion from another branch if you have your wheel alignment and balancing done at Pinetown TWT. The other reason is to make TWT aware that this is what happened at this branch. In follow up to this issue, the Regional Manager has made contact with me and this matter will be further investigated on their side.

Leeza is an amazing service agent. She helped me with my insurance, called multiple people to get my claim sorted. All while smiling, being kind and considerate of my time and my stress. Leeza alone is definitely worth 5 stars.
