I used them for years and i was quite impressed with their work before, but what happened of late left me stunned. They're are not interested in assisting a client but rather to make money without doing any work. They require R350 upfront for wheel alignment and they explained to me that if they find any issues with the suspension they won't work on the vehicle until the issue is addressed. I agreed to this. To my dismay they called me a short while later without even touching my car to tell me that they cannot continue as my front right tyre has separation, after I explicitly told them when i dropped off the car that my vehicle has excessive tyre wear and I'd like to have it checked out so I know the reason why before I buy new tyres. Needless to say, they told me that they cannot help me until I replace that tyre. I left to the Tiger Wheel and Tyre across the road where I explained my issue and I was happily assisted. They even went out of their way to help diagnose the issue with my excessive tyre wear and recommended a company which could assist. A friendly warning to anyone out there, there's a new scam in town

I would like to commend your team for the excellent service I received during my visit. The staff was helpful and professional, and the overall experience was positive.
However, I feel compelled to highlight an issue with the wheel alignment technician Hein who assisted me. While I understand that my vehicle was the last one in line and the team was closing for the day, the technician's behavior was unprofessional. After completing the alignment, he reversed my car out without saying a word to me, went back inside the store, and closed the doors. I was left confused, not knowing whether the process was complete or if I was free to leave, until another staff member indicated that I could go.
I understand that everyone has challenging days, but it’s important that customers are treated respectfully regardless of circumstances. A simple explanation or acknowledgment would have gone a long way in ensuring a more positive experience.
I hope this feedback can be used constructively to address such issues and further improve your customer service.
