What an amazing place. I drove there and walked in not knowing anything, I was guided immediately and explained everything on what is best for my vechiles health.
I drove in with a squeaky car, with shocks breaking and upper and lower control arms falling apart and drove away with a car that made no noise, looking brand new! I had rocksliders taken down and new ones put on again, the rocksliders was a challenge and I was pleased to see how they never gave up and ensured it was done correctly. The staff was amazing, always laughing and smiling and joking, and extremely helpful.
The deals I was given made me happy, they ask good prices and explained products to me when I wasn't sure. I had a ABS sensor that broke and they immediately drove at 16:00 the afternoon to buy me a new one and to fix it. I'm deeply pleased with the services and quality of products, I drove away with the biggest smile on my face, I will be back!

If you want good service and good prices on anything related to your tyres, balancing and alignment , then come to this workshop. Not only did I get fast and friendly service from a young man Yondi, but he gave me a great discount. They also have a pensioners discount for the older folks. While I waited, I helped myself to a free cuppacino. They definitely the best in town.

I've written positive reviews for TWT before, and I expected nothing less than good service, after that.
Truth be told, I was honestly very pleasantly surprised to see that the Port Elizabeth branch, on Cape Road in Newton Park, also has a fantastic client service ethic.
After I hit a pothole and damaged some wheels on the way to Port Elizabeth I was forced to remedy the issue urgently.
With me at their literal mercy, they were still extremely accommodating, helpful, and understanding.
I was actually surrounded by several clearly qualified technicians, all working hard to get me back on the road at the greatest inconvenience, and most reasonable cost.
The dynamic team are surely a great asset for the group. My special thanks go to Malcolm, Carl, and Aya for their considerate effort, and very friendly manner!

The experience and assistance was mediocre and the impoliteness and worst customer service from the attendant was terrible. I was there for 20 minutes, seated down with this guy on his phone. Well, then I took some pictures :). The attendant later spoke to me rudely and refused to assist me. Having waited for that long I had little energy to argue or ask to see a higher ranked staff.I just walked out and sought alternative assistance.

What a friendly and welcoming environment, such great service! Even watching the staff work and interact with each other, put a smile on my face, well worth the wait if you want to change your tyres!
