Clean an efficient. Lines to the medical dispensing area are well marked. Seating is provide while waiting in the queue. Queue flowed relatively quick for its length.

Dischem is good , the pharmacy needs alot of provement they are not always very helpful, their delivery driver is rude and they don't have scheduled times for delivery so the driver says you must just waiitill he gets to you, the points system is also very low for the purchases made , had a few issues with them charging my medical aid for medication I already paid cash for everytime !!! Fortunately my medical aid declined everytime, but they are needing more improvement with explaining medication to patients .

Parking is always available. It's very neat inside and outside and it's secured. Not that expensive because they like to have specials on certain products

Really really impressed with their service! I arrived first thing yesterday morning wanting to exchange items I bought the previous week. The lady said no problem took my items and details told me to walk around the shop get whatever I needed and when I went down the aisle to pay she met me with my voucher at the teller authorised it. The easiest and best service I’ve gotten for exchanging items by far !
Their prices are pretty good as well, we a wide wide range of items.
Recommend this dis-chem any day !!
