This Dischem has really gone downhill. The over the counter pharmacy staff are really really slow, and that's with a very short queue. I found floor staff, for the most part, to be really unhelpful. They seem to simply not care. There was one nice assistant, who did finally help me, and gave some helpful advice. I would not longer recommend this Dischem. Years ago, it used to be really good

Clean an efficient. Lines to the medical dispensing area are well marked. Seating is provide while waiting in the queue. Queue flowed relatively quick for its length.

Parking is always available. It's very neat inside and outside and it's secured. Not that expensive because they like to have specials on certain products

Was disappointed there was not beauty salon area like in Johannesburg Valleyview
