Such poor service experienced here. We had an engine oil leak right after the service was done. Ended up having to top up the oil over the weekend. When we went back, they could see they did not close it properly! They fixed it and confirmed they would send the R210 we spent on the oil due to their negligence. Followed up multiple times with Melissa until I just stopped. That was 3 months ago. After all the inconvenience caused, there was no apology. To top it off, the wheel alignment also had to be redone. Please save yourself the trouble and rather go to a different branch, not Paarden Eiland.

Went in specifically for shocks. They kept the car all day and charger for labour but did not replace shocks and replaced tyres instead. Said I didn’t need shocks replaced. Basically didn’t do the job and majorly upsold me a new pair of tyres. The guy also crashed my car bumper into a lamppost. It’s an old vehicle and already has a lot of scratches, but I know the scratches well and it came with a fresh massive dent. Also they seemed to damage my control arm during the process. I don’t recommend. I could have got a whole new set of tyres for less elsewhere if that’s what I’d wanted.

They aren’t very good mechanics. Good for tyres that’s about it, but go in with anything else and you’ll still be sold tyres and potentially leave with damage on your vehicle.

This Team lead by Tristan are just phenomenal. Wouldn't purchase tyres and suspension etc anywhere else. Tristan keep doing what you do and thanks for the amazing service always.

Went there yesterday morning to have a puncture repaired wearing my coveralls, manager dismissed my presence at 1st instance and on requesting service ignored me. Left and found a more accommodating business with service ethics less than a kilometre away. #KakService
