A special thanks to Chris, assisted with a valve leak, even though it was peak time and all bays were full he sent out a guy to change the wheel in the parking lot. He really went out of his way. Excellent customer service all around

Today I had a horrible day. From running late for a meeting to receiving bad news and then to make matters worse, a flat tyre on my way to work caused by ‘n faulty valve. Stopped at Tyremart only for them to make my day. They offered to get me back on the road, free of charge, as it was only a small fix. Guys, this meant the world to me and I will recommend you to everyone. Thank you to Bono in particular.

I'm happy with the product I get, but I'm not happy with the service, 2022 I went to fit 4 tyre's and when I got home my center cap was not there I called and they say I must come through went and I didn't find it, they ordered one for me and called me when it arrived to come and fit one OK I let it slide, two days back I went to fit 4 new Tyre again for the same car and when I get home they didn't replace my wheel nut covers I called they say I must come back again and I drive 40km from where I stay to them and I don't get compensation for the fuel spend
