Great service from booking your car over the phone to the service you receive when you are at the reception. Had a great time with Brendon waiting for my car at the reception. Good work was done and the fact that they inform you about all the observations they make as they are servicing the car. The detailed explanation of what can be done and must be done to ensure your safety as their customer. The place is near a shopping complex so you can go have food whilst waiting for your car. They are the best and as a result all our cars will be serviced with them.

Car Service City in Rivonia Village delivered outstanding service on my BMW’s diff issue. Their constant communication, clear updates, and professionalism made the whole process stress-free. I brought the car with no defects but when I fetched it it had some strange sounds when I turn my steering wheel. It now sounds like an old car. The owner and the receptionist guy say it was not their fault. Wow !!! Their service is just horrible, there you’re treated as just another patron. I’ll never take my car there ever again nor refer a soul there. They don’t deserve to be in a service industry if that’s how they treat their customers.

The team at Rivonia was extremely helpful. They called did all the admin of contacting my insurance several times to have them approve the transactions . They were efficient and quick.

In another famous garage , they said a part needed to be ordered and I would have to wait for almost one month . Plus the quotation was … R 7800 .. here at car service , it was all done in 1h30, for R 680 … no need to change a sensor after all, once a rubber pipe had been changed … no comment .. shame on some garages who really are stealing from people .
