Absolutely world class service. The team works as a family without screaming and shouting. They have all the latest equipment and plenty of them. Staff are knowledgeable from top to bottom. I had a specific issue which they ordered the product and went over and above to make 100% sure i was satisfied. I spend plenty time in the bush and needed a 100% fix. Should've come here first. Desmond Naidu made sure of all things. Would highly highly recommend!

Poor service on a discovery pre inspect. There was no mention of costs and slapped with a bill afterwards. Salesman mentioned its a common issue. If you know it is an issue then discuss it with the customer before you start the work. Then the system was down so they couldn't invoice me. But the system was apparently able to invoice for the sensor. I was then pushed to sign a document for a sensor installation with terms and contidions acceptance, but they were unable to give the terms and conditions when asked. Text on document was cut off. Poor experience.

From the first encounter Siya was a top professional and helped me with everything I needed for my tyre and rim policy claim. What followed was constant communication and updates while waiting for my rim to be returned to the branch and when ready Siya was on hand and helped right away to get me back on the road fast (and the biscuit tyre back where it belongs). Thank you Siya! TW&T Rosebank, give that man a raise!! 👏🏼

My car, parked in the Rosebank Mall, would not start, but it was not the battery. Tiger's management sent Sandele to check the battery and he was able to get the car started. There was possibly a fault in the ignition switch. Great service as has been my experience with the Rosebank Mall Tigers on previous occasions.

Shocking shocking shocking service!
I had a slow puncture on my runflat tyres and kept an eye on the tyre for 2 weeks thinking the runflats would seal itself. Topped up some air in the two weeks.
When I took it to Rosebank Tiger Wheel they discovered two slow punctures on my tyre.
The incompetent staff persisted my rear tyres were finished despite my protest that the treat was not even level with the safety knobs.
I insisted they patch the two punctures, one in the middle and other one on the corner touching the tar.
Tiger Wheel only patched the middle puncture and refused to patch the corner one. Some idiot story they are not allowed I must replace two rear tyres!
When I left, my tyre immediate deflated within half a day! The previous two weeks I only topped up some air!
Tiger Wheel idiot made the unpatched whole bigger out of spite!!!
I went to TyreMart and they simply placed a plug inside the hole and now my tyre is fixed!!!
This is not the first time Tiger Wheel has attempted to replace perfectly good tyres!
A formal complaint will be lodged with Discovery for endorsing such dishonest business!
Just got to TyreMart! Their prices are way lower than Tiger Wheel and service much better!!!
