I had an amazing experience today at TWT Rustenburg.
I got there early as I had 800km to drive to get to my destination. I needed my front wheels balanced after picking up an issue the day before on my previous day's long trip.
Lebogang (Elvis) Ntaolang was the gent tasked with undertaking the work. I am hugely fussy about the way work is done and Lebogang took that to heart and went beyond what I could have expected. It was amazing to see the care he took with my vehicle and the job he needed to do. I am hugely impressed.
And then to add the cherry on top, his supervisor, Comfort Sekgaphane, informed me that the work was done "at no charge".
Truly, a wonderful experience. If you need tyre assistant in Rustenburg, go to TWT and ask for these two gents by name, and tell them you have read this review.
Most definitely this 5-star review is justified.

I love their service. They knock off at 17h00 but they made sure we arrived before they could close. They have went cashless but they do help even those with cash, it’s advisable to swipe than pay cash in this pandemic. They have the best service, I’d recommend. We brought black mamba for tyres.
