I had an appointment to change four tyres, repair two slightly bent rims and wheel alignment and arrived at 13:15. I was motioned to drive onto a ramp at 14:20. The wheels was removed and one by one refitted to the vehicle. The person who were fitting tyres to the rims approached me and informed me that there are bent rims. I told him that it should be repaired as it is charged on my invoice. They continued to fit new tyres to the rims and installed it on the vehicle. I went to inspect and found that the rims were not repaired. I informed Sandra at the front desk and had them remove the wheels, remove the tyres and repair the rims. I was then informed that the charge is R450 per bend and not per rim. So the charge of R900 was not for two rims as I thought but for only one. I then cancelled the wheel alignment as there were no time left for that. I left there after 16:00.
Not one person explained or apologized for what happened. The manager just walked around with a cigarette in his mouth the whole time, probably why he could not speak. It felt like anamosity towards me because "I found them out" for charging for work that was not done. This is unethical, to say the least. I will not afford this place another chance to try and deceive me.

Terrible customer service. I get there and someone comes to help me but then decides to go help someone else and will come back to me then they still continue assisting people coming after me. TERRIBLE

I went for a tyre repair on my motorbike. At virst I was told they couldn't do it but after interacting with management I proofed that it could be done. They did assist me and repaired my tyre. The cost of repair was a bit high but at least I was helped. The downside was that it took a long time for the workers to actually repair the tyre in acceptable timeframe. Unfortunately they had to redo it 3 times as they made some mistakes. However like I said the did manage to assist me. I would recommend getting your tyres repaired at Tyremart but you have to be patient. Fortunately they did allow me to supervise the work and I was able to give my inputs and identified the deviation. The guys didn't complain when they had to redo it 3 times.

This happend a while back but i still bothers me.
The manager is very rude.
One of the staff members were trying to talk to the manager about something and the next moment he yelled at the person in front of clients.
Very unprofessional and unnecessary behaviour from the manager.
Just to note that the staff member was soft spoken and respectful towards the manager.
Other than that the rest of the staff were very helpful and the service was good.

I went to fit tyres at Secunda I waited for more than what a normal time will take to replace 2 tyres . I was finally helped but only to find out that the guy did not replace the front wheel bolts.tge dash board lights came on I went back to tell them that there was something wrong. Went home the next day contacted the manager who was very sorry about what happened and got help at the workshop.It seems that the correct bolts were lost and they got the size that could fit on the Benz . I am still waiting for the manager to call me to fit the correct size bolts as he asked me to send me my vim number.
