⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I found Tyremart (an Autowiel company) 🛞 near my residential area through a quick web search 🔍—and they came up with the best price for Michelin tyres 💸. As an authorised dealer ✅, their quote was unbeatable.
Two Mondays ago, I visited the shop. Jack at the counter 👨💼 professionally requested my phone number to match the online quote I had run. While this is standard practice, Jack handled it with exceptional efficiency 👌.
The waiting area was packed with customers 🧍🧍🧍—a clear sign they’ve priced their products just right 💯. Despite all bays being full, Nkanyiso and his team 🧑🔧 ran a smooth operation. They replaced my tyres with the correct pressure without needing input from me 🚗💨—spot on for my vehicle and tyre type.
I also requested brake disc and pad replacements 🛠️, and saved around R4000 compared to my own estimates 💰—a huge relief in this tough economy 📉.
Two weeks later, I returned to check and top up the tyres. Jack greeted me warmly and offered expert advice again 🙌. It felt like coming home 🏡.
If Jack humbly says he’s ranked second in sales, I’d say no one would dare claim first 🥇—based purely on customer experience.

Great service isn’t rushed — So don't drive past Tyre Mart Silver Lakes when they look busy. You will be disappointed if you choose to go across the road.
I had my tyres balanced about a month ago at a competitor across the road because Tyre Mart Silver Lakes was extremely busy at the time. Unfortunately, that experience was horrible — shortcuts were taken, and shortly after, I started experiencing a severe vibration on my steering wheel due to poor balancing.
My experience at Tyre Mart Silver Lakes was the complete opposite. Even though they were just as busy, the floor manager immediately noticed my frustration when I brought the car in and personally invited me to join them during the inspection. That alone already spoke volumes.
The gentleman who handled the balancing, Kwena, took me through the entire process step by step. He was incredibly meticulous — making sure every tiny stone was removed from the tyres before balancing them properly. It was refreshing to see such care and attention to detail (something I unfortunately didn’t experience at their competitor).
I really hope this message reaches top management. People are quick to complain, but excellent service deserves recognition. Tyre Mart Silver Lakes never disappoints — professionalism, transparency, and quality workmanship all in one place.

They were professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure everything was done properly and efficiently. So I rolled up with my flat rear tire to a place where car dealers, cheap repair shops, and the last remaining car accessories have set up shop. A friendly employee wordlessly took the key from me, asked simply, "Rear left?", and disappeared with the car into the garage wilderness. No notes, no signature, no drama. Ten minutes later, he came back and presented me with the bill: 200 Rand. Whether they patched the tube, replaced it, or just swore it off – I have no idea. It's working again. Fast, affordable, painless.
