Great service. They are close to the mall if you want to walk around while they are busy with your car or you can sit at their tables and drink free coffee. It was fast and painless process to have my tyres replaced and wheels balanced. Early mornings are quieter.

Went there for a quoted R850 wheel rotation, balancing and alignment. Left with 4 new tyres😅
Very impressed with the team and the care that goes into their work. Appreciated them helping me fit larger tyres and align my wheels etc. Look forward to any future dealings with them!

I have used tiger wheel and tyre for a while, and visited different branches along the way, I must say, Somerset West has the worst, always busy have to wait 1-2hrs. The lift area staff is very nice but that doesn’t make up for the very bad alignment bays and bad staff inside, I just went for alignment and the guy tried to scam me to do caster and camber adjustments aswell, when i only needed toe adjustments?! I immediately left and went to several place (only because the other places were to expensive and I wanted more quotes) but ended at Palm tyres in Strand, nevertheless all of them but tiger wheel said caster and camber is within normal soec and do not need adjustment. I am greatly disappointed in this branch as the Paarl branch gave me such good service. Ruk julself reg man. I wanted to check my alignment on my other vehicle, please note just want to check it) they went forward and did the alignment without consulting me and yhen asking met to pay R480, very very unprofessional from Gerald! I will be kn the phone with head office.
