Although the service is good and efficient , it’s really annoying that I was asked to “sort the service guy out” above paying for what I had been quoted . Why is it that we need to pay extra or tip the service man on top of paying for labour and repairs ?? So I asked the lady when I was paying if I can leave a tip (because I felt obligated) on the card machine as I didn’t have cash and she said , we don’t do that here.
It’s rude and unacceptable that the front desk agent would tell me directly to pay more on the side. Then the guy who hands me back my keys is all nice to my face but there’s an air of expectancy making it extremely uncomfortable .
Is this normal etiquette?

Went there for a quoted R850 wheel rotation, balancing and alignment. Left with 4 new tyres😅
Very impressed with the team and the care that goes into their work. Appreciated them helping me fit larger tyres and align my wheels etc. Look forward to any future dealings with them!

I came in to get my Discovery tracker and fuel card, and was helped immediately, no waiting at all. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and I was in and out within 10 minutes. Quick, easy, and great service!

Great welcoming service from Jeandre and team and short wait as the team collectively did the work efficiently from repairs to invoicing, however, what appeared to be an HR person ruined the calmness of the waiting lounge and image of the Customer, rudely chastising staff in front of customers regarding a minor issue over some water and a mop. Not very diplomatic and a tad embarrassing for those of us sitting there.
