Not willing to help at all, just in it to make a sale. Had two punctures in my wheel, one small and one quite large. They were willing to fix the large one but the small one, due to it being on the left thread they refused. I explained that it is on the flat service, just more to the left but they refused and said I must buy a new tyre. I took my tyre to Hi-Q and they plugged both, no questions asked.
