Had a fantastic interaction at Stellenbosch branch. After some technical difficulty (due to power outages in the area) and some miss communication, they managed to not only rectify problems, but also deliver excellent customer service. I can highly recommend this branch. Their team of employees are top notch and they are led by superb management. Thank you for all your help.

Staff is super friendly. I came in the week before to find out the costs etc. They gave me recommendations, but they didn’t mislead me into getting something I didn’t need.
They also changed my spare wheel. Even when I was still deciding if I should buy a new tyre, just for my safety. That was super kind

What an exceptional TW&T location and service! I had to rotate, balance and align my tyres and the process was stress-free. Ended up having to get new tyres and JP was a great help and explained my options thoroughly.
Also, to all the girlies out there, these guys are happy to explain, won't talk down to you, and won't cheat you through hidden costs. Five stars for that alone!
