Very Disappointing Service – Would Not Recommend
I had an extremely frustrating experience at Tiger Wheel & Tyre Strubens Valley. I went in for rim straightening and wheel alignment and also needed to log a claim with my tyre & rim insurer.
The salesperson took all the required photos and videos for the claim but failed to submit them to my insurer for approval. I followed up with him the entire next day and was told he would send it — he never did. The following day, I drove back to the branch only to discover that nothing had been sent at all. I then escalated the matter to the manager, expecting accountability and an apology. Instead, the manager condoned the salesperson’s behaviour and showed no concern or remorse whatsoever.
This lack of professionalism, urgency, and customer care is unacceptable — especially when a customer is already in a stressful situation.
❗ I do NOT recommend this branch to anyone in a crisis. They simply do not care.

We were greeted by friendly staff. Left my vehicle for tyre rotation and alignment. All done in time and the result was perfect. Thank you. Highly recommended.

After struggling weeks and weeks to get this place to help me as I had to beg for tires I send a whatsapp and the only man in the country at this tire place and i got helped. Barry Beukes did help me and should be in charge of organising the flow of your company as it was hell on eath to get helped there before I got hold of him...i rate it a 1 but rate Barry 5.
