Wasn’t such a fan of the service from the owner. Staff were friendly and polite but the owner lacked respect. Never would I have thought to see more respect and kindness from the employees ,while the owner is the complete opposite. Absolutely horrible behaviour. Will never recommend or ever go back there.

Manger / owner has a terrible attitude, seems like there is more one star rating against the manager / owner than the staff that work there. Humble yourselves! It doesn't matter if it's a plug, new tyres, new rim, Ford, mustang or even a wheelbarrow. Treat people the same. Don't rush cause you have somewhere to go to. Bend your nose a little down so that you can see that you need your customers just as much as they would need your services. The only difference is that your customers have a choice but you can't chose your customers. Humble your self !

Avoid at All Costs – Unsafe and Unprofessional
Do not support this business. You will be making a huge mistake.
The owner, Marlin, is careless and only concerned with the transaction — not your safety, your vehicle, or your pocket. After an incident on the road that punctured two run-flat tires, I had my car towed to this shop. They replaced the tires at R3500 each through Premium Tires and told me there was no suspension damage, without performing a proper inspection.
Halfway back to my destination, smoke started coming from the front right tire — it was rubbing against the shock absorber. I had to tow the car again and pay for additional repairs elsewhere. The issue had clearly been missed by their team.
When I returned to the shop and explained what happened, Marlin brushed it off and claimed everything was fine when I left. One of the mechanics admitted they could’ve picked it up but “just didn’t care.”
Their negligence could’ve led to a serious accident. Completely unprofessional and unsafe. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.

Really quick, professional and effective service team and management. All costs were explained ahead of time. The team that worked on my car were quick and communicated properly. Left there feeling like my issue was resolved and I wasn’t breaking the bank. Would give extra stars if I could
