Awesome service, product knowledge and assistance in resolving wheel issues from the store manager Ikram at Toger Whell and Tyre in Umhlanga opposite Gateway!
Despite being very busy (normally an excuse at other establishments for bad service) Ikram was courteous, resourceful and efficient in helping me with a tyre / wheel issue.
I highly recommend dealing with him and his team as he certainly does put / have the customers interests at heart!

Walked in. Was confused who to see as everyone seemed busy-too busy to atleast acknowledge me. Turned around and saw a gentleman who was seeing to another customer. He asked me if I've been helped. I said no. He said give me a few minutes. Proceeded to do a very professional job in helping me out with my Discovery inspection. I noticed whilst he was busy with me he saw other customers who were equally lost as I was and continued to give them a reassurance to take a seat and he will get someone to assist. He was the only person on the floor actively doing this. I asked if he was the manager. He said "definitely not". He was infact just like everyone else. This guy needs to be promoted to be the manager of that area and needs to delegate to the other many staff who couldn't care less about what simple customer service is all about. His name was Bayanda.

Came in to straighten my rim after hitting a pothole. They did a good job with fixing that. I asked that they do the alignment. Expecting that my car would be done as soon as a bay is available, other cars were prioritised before mine. No consideration on the fact that I had already been there for close to 2 hours or the fact that I was now being delayed when I told them that I needed to leave for Johannesburg still. No human empathy

Immediately upon arrival, I was being told I need to change all my tires and that I had too otherwise it was an issue, mind you all I came in to do was check a tyre puncture.
I felt like my whole visit was about making a sale, there were additional items added to my invoice and my discovery insure discount was not being taken into account because I was already getting a discount on the wheel alignment cost and not being charged for nitrogen (which I did not think was a thing). Furthermore, I was quoted one price that I approved but that price apparently did not have VAT and this was a clear violation of trust as you need to quote the price I will be paying as a customer. All in all, I did not have a pleasant experience again and unfortunately I will not be a returning customer.

After the TWT 4x4 fitment centre assuring us that they were capable of carrying out installation of a snorkel to this R1.2m vehicle, this is the result of their "professional workmanship"
