Great service from Waldi as he was very helpful and interested in helping us with our claim to exchange our battery, only thing that irritated me was the Manager trying to shift the blame to his team members instead of being a real leader and assist in the matter.
Remember customer service is key in all successful businesses.

I've been going there for 30 years. Before, it was a Tiger wheel & Tyre. Unsatisfactory service. Don't lie to the client by saying you will be attended to immediately and then only start 40 minutes later after complaining. Also, don't try and smooth the client by saying you will get a discount to cover for poor service.

Great service, thanks guys. I left 3 Rivers branch and went to Vanderbijlpark because after a half an hour of waiting no one looked interested in assisting me. I recommend taking the additional trek for better service.

I am always pleased and impressed at the way their staff go all out to give the best service; for example - taking time to remount tyres I never bought there to ensure proper balancing instead of just taking a short cut by slapping on extra weights.
These guys are proud of the work they do...
