I had the worst experience ever, the service is very poor and the workshop workers are not punctual, no sense of urgency or even communication. It was only after I enquired 2 to 3 hours later that my car was attended to. The responsible person was not even around they had to call him.
The star is for Sabelo, he is attentive and has good customer service.

I was given the impression that the words “Customer Service” are not well understood. I went there twice and on both occasions, the same attitude….Assistance (0), Service (0), Communication (0), Attend to Customers (0)

Simon the manager was very friendly and helpful. We even got a delicious cappuccino while we waited.
James made sure that our challenging puncture got fixed properly.
This service provider I recommend gladly.
