I just want to say THANK YOU for exceptional service this morning - WOW.
I stop at your store as my cars one wheel was loosing air, and automatically thought it was a slow puncture. Your friendly staff assisted my immediately just to find out it's not a slow puncture, but the rim and tire was dirty. He even balanced the rim again. So he took the rim and cleaned it, and the problem was solved. They washed and polished ALL 4 tires and rims.
When I want to go and pay, they say no I can go as they haven't use any "Stock".
It's unbelievable good, no GREAT Service, Thank you.

Chris from Tyger Wheel Woodmead is the epitome of customer service! I am a detailed oriented customer who requires patience from service providers, but Chris managed to explain everything to consider when I was buying a full set of tyres whilst considering my budget. He is an asset! It was pleasant to work with him.

Bad service from Dudley Davids, He took before pictures of my car rims and when they came back they were all scratched and he denied it even through he has proof. Even the manager does not take any of it seriously, also there’s also a missing seatbelt cover which I later realized when I get home. Dudley promised to call me back so they fixed my rims and the haven’t called , Don’t ever go there if you care about your car , they are very careless and your car won’t come back the same. I will be contacting my lawyer should my rims not be fixed.
